摘要
不断提高建筑能效,最终迈向零能耗是建筑节能的最终目标。近零能耗建筑由于现阶段可实现、技术经济合理,是各国中短期内主要发展目标,其定义和指标体系是标准体系的核心。定义和指标体系的确定涉及能耗范围、物理边界、指标的数值等内容,本文对国内外相关研究成果进行了综述,并对美国、日本、欧盟以及我国的定义和指标体系进行了梳理。
The ultimate goal of building energy efficiency is to continuously improve building energy efficiency and move towards zero energy consumption. Nearly zero-energy building is the major development target of many countries in the short to medium term,due to the technical and economical rationality. Besides,its definition and technical index system remain as the core of the standard system. The definition and technical index system of the nearly zero-energy building are related to the scope of energy consumption,the physical boundary,the value of the index and so on. This paper summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,and collates the definition and technical index system of China,the United States,Japan,and the EU.
