摘要
转底炉处理含铁含锌尘泥工艺具有原料适应性强、生产过程稳定、产品经济价值高等诸多优点,在国内已得到广泛使用。统计分析某转底炉金属化球团的物化参数,与现有的高炉铁料进行对比,结合高炉对铁料的质量要求,提出使用中可能存在的问题和操作重点关注的参数;通过理论计算测算配入2%金属化球团对焦比的影响,通过测算可降低焦比5.15 kg/t;通过高炉入炉铁品位上升和焦比降低铁料在高炉容积的占比上升,理论计算高炉产量可上升1.43%;参考转底炉产品金属化球团、烧结矿和氧化球团的市场价,通过分析铁素的单价,理论计算铁水成本的变化。通过理论分析和定量测算高炉配加转底炉金属化球团后分别对高炉顺行、高炉焦比、铁水产量和铁水成本的影响,评价转底炉产品金属化球团作为高炉原料的优势和劣势,可指导后续高炉配加金属化球团的生产。
The process of treating iron and zinc containing dust and mud with rotary hearth furnace has many advantages,such as strong adapt⁃ability of raw materials,stable production process and high economic value of products.It has been widely used in China.The physical chemi⁃cal properties of DRI pellets in a rotary hearth furnace are analyzed,compared with the existing blast furnace iron materials,and combined with the quality requirements of blast furnace iron materials,the possible problems in use and the key parameters of operation are put forward;Through theoretical calculation,the influence of adding 2%DRI pellets on coke ratio can be reduced by 5.15 kg/t;Through the increase of iron grade and the decrease of coke ratio,the proportion of iron in blast furnace volume increases,and the blast furnace output can increase by 1.43%according to theoretical calculation;Referring to the market price of DRI pellets,sinter and oxidized pellets of rotary hearth furnace products,the change of molten iron cost is theoretically calculated by analyzing the unit price of ferrite.Through theoretical analysis and cal⁃culation of the impact of adding rotating hearth furnace DRI pellets on the smooth running of blast furnace,coke ratio of blast furnace,hot metal output and hot metal cost,comprehensively evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of rotating hearth furnace DRI pellets as blast fur⁃nace raw materials,and guide the production of subsequent blast furnace DRI pellets.
