摘要
冶金企业在经济发展当中的作用和功能非常突出,所以国家高度关注冶金工程和业务的推进和开展。在冶金工程当中会使用到大型机械设备,这些机械设备在安装环节需要遵循严格的质量管理方法要求,建立更加科学化和规范化的质量管理理论与实践手段。所以本次研究也结合企业管理需求,研究大型机械设备安装工程项目的质量管理策略,在冶金领域的技术管理层面进行改进和创新。
Metallurgical enterprises play a very prominent role and function in economic development, so the state pays close attention to the promotion and development of metallurgical engineering and business. Large mechanical equipment will be used in metallurgical engineering. The installation of these mechanical equipment needs to follow strict requirements of quality management methods and establish more scientific and standardized quality management theory and practice means. Therefore, this research also studies the quality management strategy of large-scale mechanical equipment installation project in combination with the enterprise management needs, and improves and innovates the technical management in the metallurgical field.
