摘要
运用高温预析出、单级及双级固溶等方法分别对7055铝合金进行固溶处理,测定运用不同处理方法后试样的硬度及运用不同目数砂纸打磨所得试样的粗糙程度。选择GCr15钢球作为对偶件,在专用机具协助下分析试样的摩擦性能、磨痕外观形貌,解读铝合金的磨损机制。统计并比较结果,发现基于双级固溶处理工艺处理后试样的综合性能最好,硬度值最高,表层粗糙度及摩擦因数对应值均实现最小,试样表层越粗糙,铝合金干摩擦过程中越容易发生黏着、磨料及表面疲劳磨损问题。
7055 aluminum alloy was treated by high temperature pre precipitation, single-stage and two-stage solution treatment, respectively, to determine the hardness of samples after different treatment methods and the roughness of samples obtained by sandpaper polishing with different mesh sizes. GCr15 steel ball is selected as the dual part. With the help of special machines and tools, the friction performance and wear scar appearance of the sample are analyzed to understand the wear mechanism of aluminum alloy. The statistics and comparison results show that the composite performance of the sample treated by the two-stage solution treatment process is the best, the hardness value is the highest, and the corresponding values of surface roughness and friction coefficient are both the lowest. The rougher the surface of the sample, the easier the adhesion, abrasive and surface fatigue wear problems occur during the dry friction process of aluminum alloy.
