摘要
为满足7B04-T7451铝合金板材蠕变成型性能的要求,试验研究了双级时效工艺对7B04铝合金板材组织和性能的影响。结果表明:采用470℃6 min固溶处理,室温水冷却,时效工艺采用分段执行,第一阶段采用120℃8 h,第二阶段模拟蠕变成型工艺采用160℃(10~20)h,其结果可满足7B04-T7451铝合金的蠕变成型性能要求。第二级时效温度为160℃时,保温时间为10 h时,合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度均最高,分别为453.1 MPa、562.4 MPa,电导率为21.2 MS/m。
The microstructure and properties of 7 B04 aluminum alloy sheet were studied with different two-stage ageing processes so that the requirements for the creep forming properties of 7 B04-T7451 aluminum alloy sheet can be satisfied. The resulted adequate process is solution at 470 ℃ for 6 min, water cooling at room temperature, first-stage ageing at 120 ℃ for 8 h, and second-stage ageing at 160 ℃ for 10 h-20 h as simulation of creep forming process. When the second-stage ageing temperature is 160 ℃ and holding time is 10 h, the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy reach the highest, are 453.1 MPa and 562.4 MPa, respectively, and the conductivity is 21.2 MS/m.
