摘要
为降低建筑能耗,缓解能源危机和气候变化,以街区为对象通过调控城市形态降低城市建筑能耗已成为建筑节能重要研究方向。本文选取了武汉市54个典型高校宿舍区案例,根据形态学分为5类,模拟了不同类型街区的建筑能耗,分析了5类街区的能耗特征,并对选取的8种城市形态参数和建筑用能强度进行了相关性分析和多元回归分析。研究结果表明:点式街区建筑用能强度最高,H型街区最低;街区体型系数、街区面宽、建筑密度、容积率和天空可视因子5种城市形态参数均对建筑用能强度有不同程度的影响。本研究结果可为夏热冬冷地区高校宿舍区节能规划与研究提供参考与方法借鉴。
In order to reduce the building energy consumption and to alleviate the energy crisis and climate changes, it has become an important research direction to reduce urban building energy use intensity(EUI)by regulating urban form. In this paper, 54 typical campus dormitory blocks in Wuhan were selected. According to the five types of morphology, the building energy consumption of different types of blocks was simulated, the energy consumption characteristics of five types of blocks were analyzed, and the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of the eight selected urban morphological parameters and building energy intensity were carried out. The results show that the building energy intensity of Tower type block is the highest, and that of H-type block is the lowest;and the five urban shape parameters, namely block shape coefficient, block width, building density, plot ratio and sky visibility factor, have different effects on building energy intensity.The results of this paper can provide a reference and method for energy conservation planning and research of university dormitory areas in hot summer and cold winter areas.
