摘要
高端复合型艺术人才充分体现出习近平人才观中对高水平复合型人才培养的时代需求,也符合当前山西《“十四五”教育发展规划》中关于“推动高等教育内涵式发展”与“构建高水平人才培养体系”的总体目标。赵元任是典型的高端复合型艺术人才,他的音乐科学素养与成才轨迹是其成为音乐大师的关键,也是其能成为高端复合型艺术人才的核心要素。文章重点展现赵元任在音乐研究中的科学思维、科学方法等方面的内涵式特征,并分析其对赵元任成才的重要影响,旨在为高端复合型艺术人才的培养提供一个典型案例。
The high-level compound art talents fully reflect Xi Jinping's demand of the times for highlevel compound talents training.And it is also in line with the overall goal of"promoting the connotative development of higher education"and"building a high-level talent training system"in the"14th Five-year Plan"for The Development of Education by shanxi province.Yuen Ren Chao is a typical high-level compound art talent.His scientific literacy and success track in music are the key to his becoming a music master,and also the core element for him to become a high-level compound art talent.The article will focus on showing the connotative characteristics of Yuen Ren Chao's scientific thinking and scientific methods in music research,and analyze its important influence on Yuen Ren Chao's success,in order to provide a typical case for the cultivation of high-level compound art talents.
