摘要
针对火电厂基建工程中电缆、桥架在设计采购、施工管理中存在的问题,提出一种基于建筑信息模型的电缆精细化管理方法。介绍了这一管理方法的原理,将其应用于火电厂电缆、桥架采购与施工管理,有效降低了工程造价,提高了项目精细化管理水平,进而提高火电厂的市场竞争力。
Aiming at the problems in the design, procurement and construction management of cable and bridge in the infrastructure project of thermal power plant, a refined cable management method based on building information model was proposed.The principle of this management method was introduced, and it was applied to the procurement and construction management of cable and bridge in thermal power plant, which effectively reduced the project cost, improved the level of refined project management, and then improved the market competitiveness of thermal power plant.
