摘要
采用ABQUS数值模拟方法,建立埋设机海底电缆铺设数值模型,开展不同挖沟深度条件下海底电缆整体受力分析研究。结果表明:挖沟深度H对于电缆前跨度应力分布的影响并不明显,主要影响抓取跨度和后跨度电缆应力分布情况,抬升高度ΔH对于电缆局部最大应力的影响很小。因此,海底电缆铺设过程中的应力分析,应着重分析挖沟深度H对后缘提升点处的电缆受力情况。本研究成果可为海底电缆铺设作业提供参考依据。
In this paper,ABQUS software is used to establish a numerical model of the submarine cable laying of the trencher,and the overall force analyses of the submarine cable under different trenching depth conditions are carried out.The results show that the effect of trenching depth H on the stress distribution of the front span of the cable is not obvious.It mainly affects the force of the cable in the grabbing span and the back span.The lifting heightΔH has little effect on the local maximum stress of the cable.Therefore,the stress analysis during the laying of submarine cables should focus on the stress of the cable at the lifting point of the trailing edge by the trenching depth H.The results of this research can provide a reference for submarine cable laying operations.
