摘要
以胜利油田孤东电网为例,从光伏电站异常用电、电网潮流异常、电网功率因数异常三个方面分析了光伏电站并网的影响,并提出三方面应对措施,包括规范光伏电站用电协议,完善光伏电站功率调度控制,调整光伏电站输出功率因数。
Taking the Gudong Power Grid of Shengli Oilfield as an example,the impact of grid-connected of PV power plant was analyzed from three aspects such as abnormal power consumption of PV power plant,abnormal power flow of power grid,and abnormal power factor of power grid.Three countermeasures were carried out including standardizing the power consumption agreement of PV power plant,improving the power dispatching control of PV power plant,and adjusting the output power factor of PV power plant.
