添加农作物秸秆对黑水虻生长及转化餐厨垃圾处理废渣效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探究不同类型农作物秸秆的添加对黑水虻生长发育以及餐厨垃圾处理废渣生物转化效果的影响,为黑水虻生物转化餐厨垃圾处理废渣的工艺优化提供参考。[方法]在餐厨垃圾处理废渣中分别添加玉米秸秆、薏仁米秸秆、高粱秸秆、稻草秸秆、大豆秸秆5种秸秆,并设对照组,研究不同类型农作物秸秆对黑水虻的生长发育、体成分含量与餐厨垃圾处理废渣转化效果的影响。[结果]添加农作物秸秆的黑水虻生长发育均显著高于对照组,其中大豆秸秆组的黑水虻生长发育较好,每条幼虫体长、体宽、体重分别可达17.58 mm、5.11 mm和0.20 g,黑水虻总产量和黑水虻日均增重量可达164.02 g和12.23 g/d。在黑水虻体成分含量上,大豆秸秆组的幼虫营养物质累积最多,其中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维含量显著高于对照组,分别达到47.26%、34.70%和4.06%,而盐分含量6个试验组无显著性差异。在黑水虻末重上5个试验组均显著高于对照组,其中大豆秸秆组的黑水虻末重最大,达到169.02 g。在餐厨垃圾处理废渣减量率上,高粱组效果较好,达到70.09%,但与大豆秸秆组差异不显著;在餐厨垃圾处理废渣转化率上,大豆秸秆组转化率显著高于对照组,达到18.35%。[结论]添加农作物秸秆对黑水虻的生长发育、体成分含量以及餐厨垃圾处理废渣转化效果具有促进作用,其中大豆秸秆的添加促进效果最明显,可提高黑水虻的生长发育与体成分含量水平。农作物秸秆的添加可提高黑水虻对餐厨垃圾处理废渣的转化效果,实现农作物秸秆和餐厨垃圾的资源化利用。 [Objectives] The effects of adding different types of crop straws on the growth and development of black soldier fly, and the effects of kitchen waste treatment biotransformation were investigated., Therefore, the aim of this study was to provide reference for the process optimization of black soldier fly bioconversion of kitchen waste treatment.[Methods] Parameters that used to conduct the research were corn straw, barley straw, sorghum straw, rice straw and soybean straw. Each of them added to the waste residue of kitchen waste treatment respectively. The control group was set up to study these parameters effect on the growth and development, body composition content and transformation effect of the waste residue of kitchen waste treatment.[Results] The growth and development of black soldier fly in the experimental group of five crop straws were significantly higher than those in the control group. Among them, the growth and development of black soldier fly larvae in the soybean straw group was the best,fresh weight can reach 17.58 mm, 5.11 mm and 0.20 g, respectively. The total yield and daily average weight gain of the black soldier fly in the experimental group was increased to 164.02 g and 12.23 g/d.Among the components of the black soldier fly, the larvae of the soybean straw group accumulated high nutrients. The contents of crude protein(47.26%), crude fat(34.70%) and crude fiber(4.06%) in the soybean straw group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the salt content of the six experimental groups had no significant difference. The final weight of the five experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group. The final weight of the soybean straw group was significantly higher(169.02 g). Sorghum group had higher(70.09%)effect in reduction rate of kitchen waste residue. As well as, oybean straw group had significantly higher(18.35%) conversion rate of kitchen waste than that of the control group. [Conclusions]Addition of crop straw could promote the growth
