摘要
做好课程思政元素的挖掘,是实现课程思政教学育人的重要基础工作之一。高职教学课程思政元素可以结合课程本身的归属专业与学科,结合学生未来所从事的工作岗位要求,结合我国历史文化发展和实践成就,结合时事政治进行挖掘。具体以企业行政管理课程为例,围绕“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”“为谁培养人”开展课程思政元素挖掘。这可以为相关企业管理类课程做好课程思政建设工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。
To tap ideological and political elements in curriculum is one of the fundamental tasks to teach ideological and political theories in all courses. The ideological and political elements of higher vocational courses can be discovered in terms of the specialties and disciplines, the job requirements of students in the future, the historical and cultural development and practical achievements in our country, and the current affairs and politics. Taking the course of enterprise administration as an example, the ideological and political elements of the course are discovered focusing on "what kind of talents shall be trained", "how to train talents" and "for whom we train talents". This provides useful reference for the ideological education in related enterprise administration courses.
