安徽省医学生跨专业学习合作能力现状及影响因素的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解目前安徽省医学生跨专业学习合作能力的水平现状,探讨影响医学生跨专业学习合作能力水平的主要影响因素。方法:采用线上调研的方式,用问卷星对安徽医科大学、皖南医学院和蚌埠医学院的部分在校学生进行问卷调查,本次问卷调查共收集有效问卷898份,并通过多元线性回归分析影响安徽省医学生跨专业学习合作能力的相关因素。结果:安徽省医学生跨专业学习合作能力的平均得分为(67.29±10.95)分,处于中等偏上水平;多元线性回归分析结果显示学习成绩、性格类型、专业课老师授课过程中是否与学生互动、专业科老师授课过程中是否介绍临床案例、专业课学习中有无与他人交流的习惯、是否与指导老师有过交流和是否愿意分享掌握的前沿知识技能是影响安徽省医学生跨专业学习合作能力水平的主要影响因素和预测变量。结论:安徽省医学生跨专业学习合作能力处于中等偏上水平,有待进一步提高,相关职能部门应制定相关干预措施进行有效干预指导进一步提高医学生跨专业学习合作的能力。 Objective:To understand the current status of medical students’interprofessional collaboration learning ability in Anhui Province,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods:Students from Anhui Medical University,Wannan Medical College and Bengbu Medical College were surveyed using the Questionnaire Star online questionnaires.A total of 898 valid questionnaires were collected,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of interprofessional collaboration learning ability.Results:The average score of interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical students in Anhui province was 67.29±10.95,at the upper medium level.The analysis results of multiple linear regression showed that academic performance,personality type,professional learning,whether the teacher interacted with students,whether the teacher introduced clinical cases,whether the students had the habit of communicating with others,whether the students communicated with the instructor,and whether the students were willing to share frontier knowledge and skills were influencing factors of interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical students.Conclusions:The interprofessional collaboration learning ability of medical students in Anhui Province needs to be further improved.Relevant functional departments should formulate relevant intervention measures for effective intervention and guidance to further improve the ability of interprofessional collaboration learning among medical students.
