摘要
通过开展含油污泥生物处理示范工程,对处理后的物料进行了危险性鉴别,并对比了绿化种植土壤的相关标准,探索含油污泥生物处理资源化利用途径。结果表明,生物处理后固体废物不具备易燃性,且浸出毒性和毒性物质含量均未超出含量限值,主要理化指标和安全指标已满足《绿化种植土壤》(CJ/T 340—2016)Ⅱ级指标。该研究为含油污泥生物处理的环境风险管控及资源化利用提供有效途径和策略。
Through the demonstration project of biological treatment of oily sludge,the hazardous characteristics of the materials after treatment was analyzed.In addition,the resource utilization of the materials after treatment was explored through comparing the relevant standards of greening planting soil.The results show that the oily sludge after biological treatment is not flammable,and the content of leaching toxicity and toxic substances does not exceed the content limit.The main physical and chemical indicators and safety indicators have met the level II indicators of“Greening Planting Soil”(CJ/T 340—2016).This study provides effective ways and strategies for environmental risk control and resource utilization of oily sludge through biological treatment.
