摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者接受全子宫切除术治疗过程中配合同理心模式护理干预对患者心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月至12月在兰陵县人民医院进行全子宫切除术治疗的104例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照病历编号奇偶数分为对照组(编号奇数,52例)与观察组(编号偶数,52例)。对照组护理方案为基础护理,观察组护理方案为同理心模式护理,对两组患者护理前后心理状态进行评估,并对两组患者护理后生活质量改善情况进行比较。结果观察组护理后的焦虑、抑郁心理状态评分低于对照组,且生活质量各分项得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展同理心模式护理能有效调节全子宫切除术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者不良心理状态,改善患者术后生活质量,提倡应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention with psychological model on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with hysteromyoma who receive total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 104 patients with hysteromyoma who received total hysterectomy in Lanling County People’s Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as research objects.According to the odd and even number of medical records,they were divided into the control group(odd number,52 cases)and the observation group(even number,52 cases).The control group adopted the conventional nursing scheme,and the observation group adopted the empathy model nursing scheme.The psychological state of the two groups before and after nursing was evaluated,and the improvement of the quality of life of the two groups after nursing was compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing can effectively regulate the bad psychological state of patients with hysteromyoma treated with total hysterectomy and improve the quality of life after surgery,and is worthy of application and promotion.
