汽车装饰用碳纤维增强纺织材料钻削试验分析

摘要 以汽车装饰用碳纤维增强纺织材料(CFRT)为对象,在设置失效准则条件下构建CFRT损伤模型,建立了钻削过程有限元仿真。选用硬质合金冠齿钻,并利用五轴加工中心DMU60机床开展钻削试验。对比结果表明:钻削过程分成初期刀具钻入、稳定钻削以及刀具钻出三个阶段;进入稳定钻削阶段后,仿真模型相对测试得到的实际轴向力偏差达到8.02%,该仿真模型符合准确性要求;以顶角磨损厚度衡量CFRT钻削过程刀具使用情况,拟合曲线形成了跟实际轴向力与顶角磨损厚度磨损程度良好的吻合状态。该研究对提高CFRT的钻孔加工精度具有很好的指导意义,尤其是对钻孔刀具的设计具有很好的参考价值。 Based on carbon fiber reinforced textile materials(CFRT) for automotive decoration, a CFRT damage model was constructed under the failure criteria and the finite element simulation of drilling process was established. Carbide crown drill was selected and the drilling test was carried out by DMU60 machine tool of five-axis machining center. The comparison results show that the drilling process is divided into three stages: initial tool drilling, stable drilling and tool drilling. After entering the stable drilling stage, the actual axial force deviation of the simulation model relative to the test reaches 8.02%, and the simulation model meets the accuracy requirements. The top angle wear thickness is used to measure the tool usage during CFRT drilling, the fitting curve is in good agreement with the actual axial force and the wear degree of the top angle wear thickness. The research has a good guiding significance for improving the drilling precision of CFRT, especially for the design of drilling tool has a good reference value.
