摘要 将不同的本构模型和失效准则写入VUMAT子程序,在ABAQUS/Explicit模块中建立CFRP/Al三维钻削有限元模型,仿真分析PCD麻花钻高速钻削CFRP/Al时轴向力、扭矩和应力分布的变化规律。仿真结果表明,高转速低进给可获得较小的轴向力和扭矩,进给量对轴向力和扭矩的影响更大,CFRP应力分布与碳纤维铺层方向一致。 In this paper,different constitutive models and failure criteria are written into the VUMAT subroutine,and CFRP/Al three-dimensional drilling finite element model is established in ABAQUS/Explicit to simulate the effect of PCD twist drill high speed drilling CFRP/Al on thrust force,torque and the stress distribution. The simulation results show that the high speed and low feed rate can get smaller thrust force and torque,the feed rate has greater influence on thrust force and torque. Stress distribution is consistent with carbon fiber direction.
