摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种以多器官系统受累、多种自身抗体阳性为主要特征的系统性自身免疫性疾病。肺动脉高压(PH)是其严重并发症之一。SLE-PH发病隐匿,致病因素复杂,早期诊断困难且预后较差,严重影响患者的生活质量与生存周期。无创影像学技术是SLE-PH患者最常用检查手段,在SLE-PH的早期诊断、治疗评估和预后预测方面有十分重要的意义。近年来无创影像学技术进展迅速,现对SLE-PH不同致病机制的无创影像学研究进展进行综述。 Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by multiple organ system involvement and multiple positive autoantibodies.Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is one of its serious complications.The insidious onset of SLE-PH,as well as its difficult early diagnosis and poor prognosis,has seriously affected the patients’quality of life and life cycle.Non-invasive image technology is that most commonly used examination method for SLE-PH patient,and is of great significance in the early diagnosis,treatment evaluation and prognosis prediction of SLE-PH.In recent years,non-invasive imaging technology has made rapid progress.This article reviews the advances in non-invasive imaging studies on different pathogenic mechanisms of SLE-PH.
