基于扩展计划行为理论的城市居民绿色出行影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 为更全面地分析影响城市居民绿色出行行为的关键因素,制定科学合理的绿色出行政策,以计划行为理论(Theory of Planned Behavior,TPB)为框架,在考虑TPB基本变量的基础上,引入出行习惯、环保意识、预期后悔3个扩展变量,构建基于扩展TPB的城市居民绿色出行行为影响因素模型。然后采用偏最小二乘法结构方程模型进行变量间路径关系检验,分析关键的影响因素及其对绿色出行行为的直接和间接效应,并利用问卷调查收集的行为数据进行实证分析。结果表明,基于扩展TPB研究绿色出行行为具有较好的可行性和适用性。在所有绿色出行行为的影响因素中,行为意向对绿色出行行为的总效应为0.45,为所有变量中的最大者;知觉行为控制的直接效应为0.37,间接效应为0.07,总效应为0.44,仅次于行为意向变量;出行习惯的直接效应为0.25,间接效应为0.05,总效应为0.30,仅次于上述两变量;此外,预期后悔的直接效应为-0.17,间接效应为-0.05,总效应为-0.22;出行态度、主观规范和环保意识的总效应分别为0.12,0.15和0.20。基于以上研究结果,建议进一步宣传绿色出行理念,提升居民环保意识;加强绿色出行设施建设,提升绿色出行服务品质;完善绿色出行相关政策,培养居民绿色出行习惯,引导城市居民选择绿色出行。 In order to analyze the key factors affecting urban residents′green travel behavior more comprehensively,formulate scientific and reasonable green travel policies,this study took the TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior)as the theoretical framework.Based on considering the basic variables of TPB,three extended variables including travel habits,environmental consciousness and anticipated regret were introduced.A model of influencing factors of urban residents’green travel behavior was built based on extended TPB,and the partial least square structural equation model was used to test the path relationship between variables.The key influencing factors and their direct and indirect influencing effects on green travel behavior were analyzed,and the behavioral data collected by questionnaire survey was used for empirical analysis.The results showed that the study of green travel behavior based on extended TPB had good feasibility and applicability.Among all factors affecting green travel behavior,the total effect of behavioral intention on green travel behavior was 0.45,which was the largest of all variables.The direct effect of perceived behavior control was 0.37,the indirect effect was 0.07 and the total effect was 0.44,which was second only to the behavioral intention variable.The direct effect of travel habits was 0.25,the indirect effect was 0.05,and the total effect was 0.30,which was second only to the above two variables.Furthermore,the direct effect of anticipated regret was-0.17,the indirect effect was-0.05,and the total effect was-0.22.The total effects of travel attitude,subjective norm and environmental consciousness were 0.12,0.15 and 0.20.Based on the above research results,it is recommended to further promote the concept of green travel,enhance residents’awareness of environmental protection;strengthen the construction of green travel facilities and improve the quality of green travel services;improve travel policies related to green travel,cultivate residents′green travel habits,and guide urban resid
