摘要
《黄帝内经》是中国最早的医学典籍,被称为“医之始祖”,除对人体生理病理现象进行探讨外,还对心性修养进行了深刻的阐释。心学是关于心性修养的学问,明代心学是心学集大成的时期。文章尝试从医学和哲学相结合的角度,通过对《黄帝内经》和明代心学重要观点的比较,发现两者在心性修养上具有相通性。具体可以将心性修养划分为观内、少欲、定心、拥德、真乐5个阶段,而且每个阶段都具有不同特征。对这些特征的理解有助于更好发挥心性修养的当代价值,更好地服务于当今社会,不啻是当今物欲充斥社会的一剂心灵治愈良方。
Huangdi Neijing is the oldest medical classics in China, known as the ‘ancestor of medicine’. In addition to the discussion of human physiological and pathological phenomena, it also makes a profound interpretation of mental cultivation.The study of mind is the knowledge about the cultivation of mind, and the study of mind in Ming dynasty is a period of integration.This paper attempts to compare the important viewpoints of Huangdi Neijing and the psychology of the Ming dynasty from the perspective of the combination of medicine and philosophy, and finds that the two have similarities in the cultivation of temperament. The cultivation of mind can be divided into five progressive stages: inner view, less desire, peace of mind, moral support and true happiness, and each stage has different characteristics. The understanding of these characteristics helps to better play the contemporary value of spiritual cultivation, and better serve today’s society. It is a good way to cure the soul of today’s materialistic society.
