摘要
为了回收中厚煤层工作面的煤柱和过空巷,以榆家梁煤矿52309工作面过空巷回收煤柱为例,通过室内单轴压缩试验及数值模拟,分析了泵送支柱的材料性能及不同支护方案的垂直位移、垂直应力以及塑性区变化情况,并进行现场窥探及矿压监测,验证泵送支柱的支护效果。结果表明:采用泵送支柱快速支护技术方案的支护效果最佳,泵送支柱具有速凝、较高的早期强度以及一定的让压变形能力,可有效支撑顶板,提高工作面过空巷速度,压缩生产成本。
In order to recover coal pillars and empty lanes in fully mechanized mining face of mediumthick coal seam, taking the recovery of coal pillars from empty lanes in 52309 fully mechanized mining face of Yujialiang coal mine as an example, through indoor uniaxial compression test and numerical simulation,the mechanical characteristics,the vertical displacement and stress and plastic zone changes of pumping pillars are analyzed, then, the field snooping test and mine pressure monitoring are carried out to verify the supporting effect of the pumping pillars. The results show that the support effect comes the first by adopting the technical scheme of pumping pillars rapid support. Pumping pillars have quick setting, high early strength and certain yielding deformation ability, which can effectively support the roof,improve the speed of fully mechanized coal face passing through empty roadway and greatly reduces the production cost.
