摘要
目的 :分析中晚期结肠癌患者应用消癌平联合化疗治疗的疗效分析。方法 :将80例中晚期结肠癌患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予FOLFOX4方案化疗,研究组在此基础上加用消癌平治疗。比较两组临床疗效及血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果 :治疗后,研究组的总有效率高于对照组;各项血清肿瘤标志物水平降低幅度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :消癌平联合化疗治疗中晚期结肠癌能取得良好效果,能降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Xiaoaiping combined with chemotherapy in patients with middle or advanced colon cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into a control group and a research group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy while the research group was treated with Xiaoaiping besides FOLFOX4 chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy and serum tumor marker levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the overall clinical efficacy was higher and the reduction of all serum tumor marker levels was better in the research group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoaiping combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of middle or advanced colon cancer can achieve good results,reduce the levels of serum tumor markers and has a certain clinical application value.
