基于云班课的适时教学模式在高职生理学教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨基于云班课的适时教学(Just-in-Time Teaching,Ji TT)模式在高职生理学教学中的应用效果,为更好地进行高职医学类专业人才培养提供依据。方法 2020年9月至2021年1月,将某职业院校125名学生随机分组,实验组(62人)生理学教学采用基于云班课的Ji TT模式,对照组(63人)采用传统讲授模式。通过问卷调查、综合测评的方式进行教学效果评估。结果 实验组对基于云班课的Ji TT模式评价较高;实验组综合测评成绩为(82.5±6.3)分,显著高于对照组的(75.5±5.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 基于云班课的Ji TT模式能使教师及时掌握学情,能体现以学习者为中心的教学理念,有助于提升学生学习的参与度、亲和度、自由度、整合度、练习度。 Objective To explore the application effect of Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT) model based on cloud class in physiology teaching in higher vocational education,and to provide basis for better training of medical professionals in higher vocational education.Methods From September 2020 to January 2021,125 students in a vocational college were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(62 students) was taught by the JiTT model based on cloud class in physiology teaching,and the compared group(63 students) was taught by the traditional teaching model.The effect is evaluated through questionnaire and comprehensive evaluation.Results The experimental group had a high evaluation on the JiTT model based on cloud classes;the comprehensive evaluation score of the experimental group was(82.5 ± 6.3),which was significantly higher than that of the compared group(75.5 ± 5.0),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The JiTT model based on cloud class can enable teachers to know the learning outcome a timely,embody the learner centered teaching concept,and improve the participation,affinity,freedom,integration and practice of students′ learning.
