生态学视野下的师范专业课程思政推进问题:成因与消解路径 被引量:4

Enactment of Ideological and Political Education in Pre-service Teacher Education from Perspective of Ecology: Causes and Solutions

摘要 课程思政是新时代、新师范背景下实现“三全”育人格局的一种全新的教育理念。当前,师范专业课程思政推进存在三大主要问题,即由于非异质空间导致的趋同进化、因为生硬植入引起的教学生态侵害和源于功能生态位重叠造成的系统功能局限。课程思政“课程群”建设,面对教学环境的变化具有较大的缓冲能力与较好的适应能力,有利于课程思政的专业特性生长;能够扩大课程思政元素“基因库”,保障思政生长点的多端性,强化课程知识点与思政元素的本源性联系,有利于课程思政的自然生发;使课程群落功能生态位布局合理,发挥协同效应,有利于发挥课程系统的整全思政功能。构建由优势型课程、关键型课程、亚优势与建群型课程、伴生、偶见及冗余型课程组成的课程群,是消解师范专业课程思政推进存在问题的一条可行路径。 Curriculum ideology and politics is a new educational concept to realize the “three complete” education pattern in the realm of teacher education the new era.At present, there are three main problems in the ideological and political educationenactment, that is, convergent evolution caused by non heterogeneous space, teaching ecology infringement caused by rigid implantation, and the limitation of system function caused by functional niche overlap.The construction of “curriculum group” of curriculum ideological and political education has great buffering ability and better adaptability in the face of the changes of teaching environment, which is conducive to the growth of the professional characteristics of curriculum ideological and political education;can expand the “gene bank” of curriculum ideological and political elements, ensure the multi-faceted growth points of Ideological and political elements, and strengthen the original connection between curriculum knowledge points and ideological and political elements, which is conducive to the natural development of curriculum ideological and political elements;making the functional niche layout of curriculum community reasonable and giving full play to the synergistic effect is conducive to giving full play to the overall ideological and political function of the curriculum system.Constructing a curriculum group composed of advantageous courses, key courses, sub advantageous and group building courses, accompanying, occasional and redundant courses is a feasible way to eliminate the problems existing in the ideological and political promotion of normal education courses.
