摘要
公益性与收益性是公立大学发展过程中必须正视的一对关键性议题,二者的系统耦合是大学实现卓越发展的重要基础。新西兰奥克兰大学在创建世界一流大学的过程中,通过对择优发展的重点事项实施资源配置优化,推动学校在大学自治、学术自由、多元筹资、提升科研与教学等方面自觉发展。该校以教育公益性为核心,不断拓展大学收益的覆盖面和转化率,构建出系统发展与高校自觉的和谐共生的发展格局。
Public welfare and profitability are a pair of key issues in the development of public universities. The coupling of the two systems is an important basis for the university to achieve excellent development. In the process of building a world-class university, the University of Auckland in New Zealand optimizes the allocation of resources for the key issues, and promotes the self-conscious development of its autonomy, academic freedom, diversified financing, and promotion of scientific research and teaching. Taking the public welfare of education as the core, the university constantly expands the coverage and conversion rate of university income, and constructs a harmonious development pattern of system development and university consciousness.
