摘要
“赛教融合”政策为高校体育课程教学改革提供了新的出路和方向。为了全面推进大学体育教学,将比赛环节融入到课程教学之中,有助于提高学生的参与热情,增强学生的身体素质,实现教学相长。本文以实践教学为研究重点,以“赛教融合”为视角,提出以竞赛为契机,分析了“赛教融合”模式的实践原则以及制约教学效果的主客观因素,重点就如何全面优化教学内容与竞赛组织提出更加深入的见解和思考。
The policy of “Integration of Competition and Teaching” provides a new way and direction for the teaching reform of Physical Education in colleges and universities. In order to promote college Physical Education in an all-round way, integrating competition links into curriculum teaching is helpful to improve students’ enthusiasm for participation, enhance students’ physical quality and realize the mutual benefit of teaching and learning. Taking practical teaching as the research focus and from the perspective of “Integration of Class and Competition”, this paper puts forward taking competition as an opportunity, analyzes the practical principles of the “Integration of Class and Competition” mode and the subjective and objective factors that restrict the teaching effect, and puts forward more in-depth opinions and thoughts on how to comprehensively optimize the teaching content and competition organization.
