摘要
目的 探究ChemOffice软件辅助高等医药院校有机化学的学习效果,旨在丰富教学形式并提升教学质量。方法 以沈阳医学院2021级食品质量与安全专业和中药学专业学生为研究对象。其中,食品质量与安全专业学生为对照组(n=52),中药学专业学生为试验组(n=55),两个专业的授课教师均相同。对照组采用传统教学模式;试验组在传统教学模式的基础上将ChemOffice软件融入有机化学课程的课上与课下。采用问卷调查法了解试验组对ChemOffice软件的认可度,并比较两组学生的期末考试成绩。结果 问卷调查结果显示,分别有87.3%和90.9%的学生对ChemDraw及Chem3D软件辅助有机化学的学习效果表示认可,有94.5%的学生认为这两款软件一定程度上提升了他们对有机化学的学习兴趣。试验组期末考试成绩为(89.29±5.89)分,高于对照组的(86.13±6.40)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 将ChemOffice软件融入有机化学的教学中可提高教学质量,可为开发多元的教学手段提供参考。
Objective To explore the learning effect of ChemOffice software assisted Organic Chemistry course in medical colleges and universities, so as to enrich the teaching form and improve the teaching quality. Methods Undergraduates majoring in Food Quality and Safety and Chinese Pharmacology in the class of 2021 of Shenyang Medical College were selected as the research objects. The students majoring in Food Quality and Safety were divided into the control group(n=52), while the students majoring in Chinese Pharmacology were selected in the experimental group(n=55), and both majors had the same teachers. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while in the teaching of the experimental group, ChemOffice software was integrated during and after class of Organic Chemistry course on the basis of traditional teaching mode. Questionnaire survey was used to understand the experimental group’s recognition of ChemOffice software, and the final scores of the two groups were compared. Results The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 87.3% and 90.9% of the students approved the learning effect by using ChemDraw and Chem3D software to assist Organic Chemistry respectively. 94.5% of the students thought that the two software improved their interest in Organic Chemistry to a certain extent. The final score of the experimental group was(89.29±5.89), higher than that of the control group(86.13±6.40), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Integrating ChemOffice software into the teaching of Organic Chemistry improves teaching quality, and provides reference for the development of diversified teaching methods.
