美国剑桥公司制作的ChemDraw Professional 17.1软件是一款用于化学结构、生物模型的绘制和分析等功能的绘图软件。该软件是目前公认最有效的化学绘图软件,是化学、生命科学、药学、医学等领域学者的必备工具。论述了“Layout”页面规划、“Drawing”绘图、快捷设置文档格式、反应式绘制操作、化学名称与结构式的互相转化、“Template”模板工具、向字典中添加结构式、俗名的使用、查看化合物的理化性质、核磁共振的经验数据和快捷键简述等操作。主要介绍运用该软件进行绘制化学结构、搜寻并整合化学信息和预测分子常见性质等功能的操作。
ChemDraw professional 17.1 software, produced by Cambridge company in the United States, is a drawing software used for the drawing and analysis of chemical structures and biological models. This software is generally recognized as the most effective chemical drawing software, which is a necessary tool for scholars in chemistry, life science, pharmacy, medicine and other fields. "Layout" page planning, "Drawing", document format shortcut settings, drawing reactions, "Convert Structure to Name" and "Convert Name to Structure", "Template", "Add Structure to Dictionary", "List Nicknames", viewing the physical and chemical properties of the compound, "1H NMR Shifts"and"13C NMR, "Shifts" and "Shortcuts" were discussed. The software was mainly used to draw chemical structure, search and integrate chemical information, and predict the common properties of molecules.
