摘要
为满足军医大学“三位一体”的新型战创伤麻醉军事人才的培养需求,提升战创伤救治中麻醉军医的胜任力,针对当前军医大学战创伤麻醉学教学存在教学手段相对滞后、实践教学开展困难等问题,借助虚拟现实技术的独特优势,探索构建全新的基于VR的战创伤麻醉技能教学平台,并在教学中初步试用。结果显示,该平台有助于战创伤麻醉技能的学习,并能激发学员学习兴趣。VR教学平台与临床技能教学中心相比具有显著优势,并有望在战创伤麻醉学教学改革和人才培养中发挥出更大的作用。
In order to meet the cultivating needs of “Trinity” new type of military personnel of war trauma anesthesia in the military medical universities and improve the competence of military anesthesiologists in war trauma treatment, aiming at the problems of relatively lagging teaching methods and difficulties in practical teaching in the current war trauma anesthesia teaching in military medical universities, with the unique advantages of virtual reality technology, a new VR based teaching platform of war trauma anesthesia skills was explored and constructed and was initially used in teaching. The results show that the platform was conducive to the learning of anesthesia skills for war trauma and stimulated students’ interest in learning. Compared with the clinical skills teaching center, VR teaching platform has significant advantages and is expected to play a greater role in the teaching reform and personnel training of war trauma anesthesiology.
