摘要
目的:评价一种新型推龈器在前牙美学修复中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年7月就诊的前牙美学修复患者32人,共42颗患牙。随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组在修复治疗的过程中引入牙龈软组织管理理念,运用新型推龈器预备肩台,完成修复治疗;对照组采用传统牙体预备后用排龈、取模完成修复治疗。两组患者戴牙时用硅橡胶轻体记录粘接间隙,再将硅橡胶扫描数据转化为STL文件,通过软件测量其厚度得到冠边缘的适合性数值;修复后6个月复查患牙牙龈指数(GI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果:研究组冠边缘适合性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组患牙GI、SBI指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:该新型推龈器前牙美学修复中的临床应用提升冠修复边缘适合性,减少治疗过程中对牙周组织的损伤。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of a new gingival pusher in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods:From July 2020 to July 2021,32 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth were selected,with a total of 42 teeth.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.In the study group,the concept of gingival soft tissue management was introduced in the process of restoration treatment,and the new gingival pusher was used to prepare the shoulder to complete the restoration treatment;in the control group,the traditional tooth preparation was used to complete the restoration treatment with gingival retraction and impression taking.The adhesive gap was recorded with silicone rubber,and then the data was converted into STL file,and the thickness was measured by software to obtain the fit value of the crown margin.Six months after restoration,the gingival index(GI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)were reexamined.Results:The marginal fitness of the crown in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;the GI and SBI indexes of the teeth in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical application of the new gingival pusher in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth can improve the marginal fitness of crown restoration and reduce the damage to periodontal tissue during the treatment.
