传统和3D打印方法制作前牙贴面模型的准确度比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较传统和3D打印方法制作前牙贴面修复体模型的准确度差异。方法:对一标准上颌工作模型进行12-22贴面预备后置于教学仿头模内作为参考模型,对模型分别进行3Shape TRIOS口内扫描仪重复扫描8次后制作8个3D打印模型;制取8次硅橡胶印模印模,获得8个石膏模型;用口外描仪扫描参考模型、石膏模型和3D打印模型获取其三维数据。利用Geomagic Qualify 2015软件进行图像分析。结果:3D打印模型的正确度为(33.62±3.01)μm,精密度为(21.82±5.71)μm;传统石膏模型的正确度为(22.68±1.85)μm,精密度为(23.70±3.51)μm。石膏模型的正确度大于3D打印模型(P<0.05),但其精密度与3D打印模型无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:与石膏模型比较,3D打印前牙贴面模型的正确度较小但精密度尚可。 Objective:To compare the accuracy between traditional and 3D printing methods for making anterior veneer restoration models.Methods:A standard maxillary working model was prepared for 12-22 veneers and then fastened to a dental simulator as a reference model.8 digital impressions were taken with 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner to produce 3D printing models;8 silicone rubber impressions were made to produce 8 gypsum models.Reference,gypsum,and 3D printed models were subsequently scanned using an external scanner to obtain the three-dimensional datasets.Geomagic Qualify 2015 software was used for image analysis.Results:The trueness and precision of 3D printing models were(33.62±3.01)μm and(21.82±5.71)μm respectively,while those of conventional gypsum models were(22.68±1.85)μm and(23.70±3.51)μm respectively.The trueness of the gypsum models is greater than that of the 3D printed models(P<0.05),but its precision is not significantly different from that of the 3D printed models(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the gypsum models,the 3D printed anterior tooth veneer models has lower trueness but same precision.
