摘要
人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础,乡村振兴需要培养一批知农爱农的新型人才,需要一支数量庞大且源源不断的乡村振兴人才队伍支持。农业高等职业教育具有无缝对接农业、直接面向农村、零距离服务农民的天然优势,是实现乡村振兴人才支撑的最重要途径,是培养乡村振兴队伍的主阵地。本文以农业高等职业教育为研究对象,分析农业高职院校在“讲好大国农事”“组建涉农专业(群)”“培养农业技能”“产教融合育人”“打造双师团队”“基层科技服务”“搭建培训体系”等层面赋能乡村振兴的路径,以期为高等职业教育更好服务乡村振兴战略提供一些参考。
Talent revitalization is the basis of the Rural Revitalization.The Rural Revitalization need train a large number of new talents who know and love agriculture.Agricultural higher vocational education is an important form of vocational education,which has such natural advantages as seamlessly docking agriculture,directing to the countryside,providing zero distance service to farmers,and which are the main ways of talent revitalization and positions of training high quality farmer of rural revitalization talent.This paper takes agricultural higher vocational education as the research subject.The advantages,paths and effects of agricultural higher vocational colleges in rural revitalization are analyzed.All the research are carried out in order to set a good example for the vocational education servicing rural revitalization.
