摘要
本文针对新国标《天然气》(GB 17820-2018)一类气,近年实验室内COS水解催化剂的研究进展,发现利用吡啶、六次甲基四胺(HMTA)构建的氮掺杂多级孔聚合物固体碱对于酸性和极性较弱的COS,具有较好吸附性能及催化水解为H_(2)S的性能;筛选出了催化剂A和B,并在高压、高浓度COS以及含1%的CO_(2)下,在较低温度(50℃)和较高的空速下(6000h^(-1))进行了性能评价,均表现出了良好的COS水解催化活性,但鉴于试验用催化剂是敲碎的颗粒,不是原粒度催化剂,因此工业侧线实验中,推荐空速为1000~4000h^(-1),反应温度高于60℃。
In this paper, based on the research progress of COS hydrolyzing catalysts in recent years in the laboratory of the new National Standard “Natural Gas” GB 17820-2018, it is found that the nitrogen-doped multistage porous polymer solid base constructed with pyridine and hexamethyltetramine(HMTA) has better adsorption performance for acidic and weak polarity COS and catalytic hydrolysis to H_(2)S. Catalysts A and B were screened out, and their performance was evaluated under high pressure, high concentration of COS, 1% CO_(2), low temperature(50 ℃) and high space velocity(6000 h^(-1)). Both showed good COS hydrolytic catalytic activity. However, in view of the fact that the catalysts used in the test were crushed particles rather than the original particle size catalysts, Therefore, in the industrial side-line experiment, the recommended airspeed is 1000~4000 h^(-1) and the reaction temperature is higher than 60 ℃.
