干法脱除煤气中有机硫的研究现状与进展 被引量:19

摘要 煤气干法脱硫技术是一种行之有效的煤气脱硫净化工艺,它是整体煤炭气化联合循环发电技术,特别是煤炭多联产的关键环节之一。综述了干法脱除有机硫的技术,并对羰基硫的水解和加氢转化等脱硫技术进行了详细剖析,指出煤气干法脱硫剂的开发应以节能和绿色环保为主要出发点。最后,对有机硫脱硫剂的发展进行展望,提出以复合金属氧化物作为脱硫剂,既能保证脱硫精度,又可降低成本,是较好的选择。 The catalysts can be poisoned by sulfur in the coal gas. Sulfur compounds are harmful in chemosynthesis industry. Desulfurization of gas is the most important and useful technology in Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC), and in poly-generation from coal. Methods of dry process in desulfurization of organic sulfur such as COS in coal gas are introduced. Among those methods, hydrolysi~ and hydrogenolysis of organic sulfur are utilized wildly nowadays, and are described in detail. It is pointed out that the development of desulfurizer should prefer energy conservation and environmental protection. Finally, the prospect of the progress in the desulfurizer of organic sulfur is summarized. The better choice is to use compound metal oxides as desulfurizer which can assure the accuracy of desulfurization, and also reduce the cost.
