摘要
通过共溶法在水溶性酚醛树脂中加入硝酸铁,经高温炭化和二氧化碳活化,制备出载铁酚醛树脂基活性炭.使用X-射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TGA)、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和液氮物理吸附对产品进行了物理性质表征.BET测试表明,活性炭比表面积为258.11m3/g,平均孔径为3.2nm.考察了载铁活性炭常温含氧气氛下对硫化氢的催化氧化性能,结果表明,载铁酚醛树脂基活性炭具有较高的脱硫活性,其中含铁组分对氧化硫化氢有强的催化作用.
Iron-supported phenolic resin-based activated carbon (Fe/PAC) was prepared by blending iron nitrate into water soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin before carbonization and physical activation with CO2 as activator. Physical properties of the products were characterized by infrared spectrometer (IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N2 adsorption. The BET detection shows that Fe/PAC has a specific area of 258. 11 m^2/g and an average pore diameter of 3.2 nm. Fe/PAC has been used as a low concentration hydrogen sulfide (H2S) oxidation catalyst under oxygenous condition at ambient temperature. The results of desulfurization tests indicated that Fe/PAC has high desulfurization activities and iron species has strongly catalytic activity for the oxidative removal of H2S.
