钻杆摩擦焊后焊缝温度对焊缝中频回火组织转变的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对摩擦焊接型钻杆自动线连续流加工需要决定钻杆摩擦焊后焊缝是否应立即中频回火问题,采用了充分的焊后中频回火工艺试验参数进行制样分析。研究表明,在目前的中频回火设备条件下,摩擦焊后立即回火会导致钻杆焊缝温度过高,产生相变,直接形成珠光体、铁素体及黄块组织,微观组织决定宏观力学性能,该组织直接降低钻杆焊缝综合力学性能,易使钻杆焊缝过早发生断裂而掉钻,直接降低钻杆的使用寿命。通过对钻杆焊缝焊后各冷却温度对焊缝中频回火组织转变的影响研究,确定了生产线采用焊后缓存装置,使钻杆焊后冷却至100℃以下再自动流转至中频回火,能够很好地消除钻杆焊缝的条块状马氏体组织及过烧现象,钻杆摩擦焊缝组织性能优良,极大地保证了产品质量。 Aiming at the problem that the needs of continuous flow processing of friction welded drill pipe automatic line, decides whether the weld of drill pipe should be tempered immediately after friction welding, sufficient post welding medium frequency tempering process test parameters have been used for sample preparation and analysis. The research shows that under the current medium frequency tempering equipment, tempering immediately after friction welding will lead to excessive temperature of drill pipe weld, phase transformation and direct formation of pearlite, ferrite and yellow block structure.The microstructure determines the macro mechanical properties. This structure directly reduces the comprehensive mechanical properties of drill pipe weld, which is easy to cause the drill pipe weld to break prematurely and drop the drill pipe, which directly reduces the service life of drill pipe. Through studying the influence of the cooling temperature of the drill pipe weld after welding on the transformation of the medium frequency tempering structure of the weld, it was determined that the production line adopts the post welding buffer device to cool the drill pipe after welding to below 100 ℃ and then automatically transfer to the medium frequency tempering, which can well eliminate the strip martensite structure and overburning phenomenon of the drill pipe weld, and the microstructure performance of the drill pipe friction weld is excellent, which greatly ensures the product quality.
