摘要
对厚环状异种合金钢管材进行了连续驱动摩擦焊接试验。结果表明:随着焊接时间增加,飞边量增加,焊缝微观组织细化;超过6 s后,焊接界面发生过烧现象,微观组织变为粗大的马氏体。通过对不同焊接时间下焊接接头的力学性能检测发现,6 s时拉伸和冲击性能最优。
The continuous drive friction welding tests of thick annular dissimilar alloy steel tubes were carried out. The results show that with the increase of welding time, the overlap increases, and the weld microstructure is refined. When the time is more than 6 s, the welding interface occurs overburning, and the microstructure transforms to coarse martensite. Through the mechanical properties test of welded joints under different welding time, it is found that when the welding time is 6 s, the tensile and impact properties are optimal.
