氯化铈对红颜草莓组培苗形态发生及生理指标的影响

Effect of Cerium Chloride on Morphogenesis and Physiological Indexes of Tissue Culture Seedlings of "Red Face" Strawberry

摘要 以红颜草莓组培苗为材料,通过组织培养技术,研究分析了施加不同质量浓度(0、0.2、0.5、1.0、10.0、15.0、20.0、40.0mg/L) CeCl_(3)后,对红颜草莓组培苗增殖、根系生长、农艺性状及生理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)施加0.5 mg/L CeCl_(3)后,红颜草莓组培苗增殖系数最大,鲜质量明显高于其他处理,根长最长;(2)施加10 mg/L CeCl_(3)后,红颜草莓组培苗生根效果最佳、根表面积最大、根尖数最多、植株最高、叶面积和SPAD值最大;(3)过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性随着CeCl_(3)质量浓度的增加呈现“先升后降”的趋势,CeCl_(3)质量浓度为0.5 mg/L时POD活性最强,CeCl_(3)质量浓度为20 mg/L时SOD活性最强。CeCl_(3)对红颜草莓组培苗的离体再生有一定的促进作用,但高质量浓度的CeCl_(3)则抑制红颜草莓组培苗的生长。 The effects of different mass concentrations(0, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 10.0, 15.0, 20.0, 40.0 mg/L) of CeCl_(3) on the proliferation, root growth, agronomic traits and physiological indexes of tissue culture seedlings of ‘Red Face’ strawberry were studied by tissue culture technique. The results showed that :(1) After applying 0.5 mg/L CeCl_(3), the proliferation coefficient of strawberry tissue culture seedlings was the largest, the fresh weight was significantly higher than other treatments,and the root length was the longest.(2) After applying 10 mg/L CeCl_(3), the rooting effect of tissue culture seedlings of strawberry was the best, the root surface area was the largest, the number of root tips was the largest, the plant was the highest,the leaf area and SPAD value were the largest.(3) The activity of peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) showed a trend of ′first increase and then decrease′ with the increase of CeCl_(3) concentration. When the concentration of CeCl_(3) was 0.5 mg/L, the activity of POD was the strongest, and the activity of SOD was the strongest when the concentration of CeCl_(3) was 20 mg/L. CeCl_(3) had a certain promoting effect on the in vitro regeneration of strawberry tissue culture seedlings, but high concentration of CeCl_(3) inhibited the growth of strawberry tissue culture seedlings.
