摘要
目的 通过向摩擦副提供一定粒径的砂尘、载荷和运动速度模拟运动部件在砂尘环境下的工况条件。方法 对比分析7A04铝合金、TC6钛合金、30CrNi3MoV钢3种金属材料在相同转速,不同砂尘粒径和载荷条件下对材料磨损性能的影响。结果 研究结果表明,在相同载荷条件时,3种金属材料的磨损量随砂尘粒径的增大呈现显著增加的规律,无砂时磨损量最少,60目次之,100目最大;在相同粒径条件时,磨损量随载荷的增加而增大,对比3种金属材料的磨损量,7A04铝合金最大、TC6钛合金次之、30CrNi3MoV钢最小。结论 通过分析可知,材料硬度、载荷、砂尘粒径是影响磨损量的主要因素。
Objective by providing sand dust with a certain particle size to the friction pair,the load and moving speed simulate the working conditions of the moving parts in the sand dust environmemt.Methods The effects of. 7A04aluminum alloy, TC6titanium alloy and 30CrNi3MoV steel on the wear properties of the materials under the same rotating speed, different sand particle size and load conditions were compared and analyzed. Results The results show that under the same load condition,the wear amount of metal materials shows a remarkable law with the increase of sand particle size, when there is no sand, the wear amount is the least,followed by 60 meshes, and the maximum is 100meshes;Under the same particle size condition the wear amount increases with the increase of laod. Comparing the wear amount of the three materials. 7A04aluminum alloy is the alrgest, TC6titanium alloy is the second, and 30CrNi3MoV steel is the least. Conclusion Through analysis, it can be seen that the material hardness, load and sand dust particles size are the main factors affecting the material wear amoune.
