摘要
目的研究瑶药五指山参药材的性状。方法对广西不同产地10批五指山参药材进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别,按2020年版《中国药典(四部)》通则0832,2302和2201分别测定药材样品的水分、酸不溶性成分、灰分和浸出物的含量。结果10批药材样品的TLC图斑点清晰,且在相同保留时间处显相同的主荧光斑点,分离度好;药材性状及显微鉴别特征清晰;总灰分含量为3.08%~8.56%,酸不溶性成分为0.23%~0.87%,70%乙醇浸出物为11.12%~19.31%,水分为9.38%~12.55%。结论所建方法操作简便,结果真实可靠,可快速准确鉴别五指山参药材。
Objective To study the characters of Yao Medicine Abelmoschus sagittifolius.Methods The character identification,microscopic identification,and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)identification of 10 batches of Abelmoschus sagittifolius from different habitats in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were carried out.The content of moisture,acid-insoluble components,ash and extract in the samples was determined according to the general rules 0832,2302 and 2201 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition,VolumeⅣ).Results The TLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples showed clear spots,and same main fluorescent spots at the same retention time with good separation.The character identification and microscopic identification showed that the characteristics of the samples were clear.The total ash content was in the range of 3.08%-8.56%,the acid-insoluble component was in the range of 0.23%-0.87%,the 70%ethanol extract was in the range of 11.12%-19.31%,and the moisture content was in the range of 9.38%-12.55%.Conclusion The method is simple and reliable,which can be used for the rapid and accurate identification of Abelmoschus sagittifolius.
