摘要
为控制贵州产望江南子药材的质量,建立贵州产望江南子药材的显微鉴别、薄层鉴别和浸出物等标准。采用粉末进行显微鉴别;采用TLC法对大黄素甲醚成分进行薄层鉴别,以硅胶H薄层板,展开剂:正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(10∶2∶0.5∶0.05),展开,取出,晾干,置氨蒸汽中熏,斑点清晰分离度好;浸出物的检测采用甲醇作为提取溶剂,热浸法,结果可靠。本文采用的方法操作简便,准确,重复性好,可用于控制贵州产望江南子药材的质量。
In order to control the quality of medicinal Cassia occidentalis seed from Guizhou,the microscopic identification,thin layer identification and extract standards of Cassia occidentalis seed were established.Microscopic identification was performed on the powder of the seed.TLC method was used to identify the emodin methyl ether in the seed.Silica gel H thin layer plate was adopted,and the developing agent was n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-formic acid(10∶2∶0.5∶0.05).The sample was developed,taken out,dried,and smoked with ammonia steam.The spots were clear,and the resolution was high.Methanol was used as the extraction solvent,and the result was reliable.The method adopted in this paper is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to control the quality of medicinal Cassia occidentalis seed from Guizhou.
