煤巷断层破碎带围岩注浆加固技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对寺家庄煤矿15309工作面进风巷过NDF6正断层时围岩变形破坏严重的问题,通过Comsol数值软件分析出巷道断层带围岩注浆加固的合理注浆参数:注浆压力为4 MPa,注浆时间应大于600 s,浆液黏滞系数为0.14 Pa·s,并对巷道支护参数及注浆钻孔布置参数进行了设计。现场应用效果良好,保证了巷道安全高效地通过断层构造。 In view of the serious deformation and destruction of surrounding rock when the intake roadway of the 15309 working face of Sijiazhuang Coal Mine passes through the NDF6 normal fault,through the analysis of Comsol numerical software,it is found that the reasonable grouting pressure of surrounding rock in roadway fault zone is 4 MPa,the grouting time should be more than 600 s,the slurry viscosity coefficient is 0.14 Pa·s,and the roadway support parameters and grouting hole layout parameters are designed.The field application effect is good,which ensures that the roadway passes through the fault structure safely and efficiently.
