摘要 针对井下巷道断层带顶板破碎,围岩稳定性差,易发生冒顶片帮事故的难题,本文以西铭矿48603工作面为工程背景,在现有支护方案的基础上,通过分析巷道断层带支护失效的原因,提出了采用锚网喷+U型钢支架的联合支护方案,并设计了合理的支护参数。现场验证可知,联合支护方案能够有效控制巷道围岩破碎问题。 Aiming at the problems of broken roof in fault zone of underground roadway,poor stability of surrounding rock,and accidents due to cave-in,taking 48603 working face of Ximing Colliery as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the roadway fault zone support on the basis of the existing support plan,proposes a joint support plan using bolting mesh and shotcrete+U-shaped steel support,and designs reasonable support parameters,which effectively controls broken surrounding rock of the roadway.
