摘要
人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态以及管理上的缺陷导致了化学化工实验室存在诸多安全隐患。文章整理了目前实验室安全管理的相关政策要求,从“懂会能”方面提出了具体的建议措施。从懂实验原理和工艺反应、懂危险化学品的危险特性、懂实验仪器设备的原理、懂实验室的相关政策法规要求、懂实验室的安全管理制度来提升实验安全理论基础;从会实验操作、会排除故障、会检查设备、会风险分析、会应急处置来提升实验室安全能力要求;从能遵守工艺反应纪律、能遵守安全纪律、能遵守劳动纪律、能制止他人违章操作、能抵制违章指导来提升实验室安全行为要求,从而提升实验室安全管理水平。
The unsafe behavior,the unsafe state of materials and the defects in management have led to hazards in chemical laboratories.This paper summarizes the relevant policy requirements of laboratory safety management.Measures are proposed from the understanding,knowing and being able aspects.The experimental principle and reaction,hazardous chemicals characteristics,principle of experimental instruments and equipment,relevant policies and regulations requirements,the laboratory safety management system is to be understanding to improve the safety of the theoretical basis,experimental operation,trouble clearing,equipment check,risk analysis;emergency disposal ability is to be knowing to enhance laboratory safety ability requirements;to comply with process reaction discipline,to comply with safety discipline,to comply with labor discipline,to stop others from illegal operation,to resist illegal guidance is to improve laboratory safety behavior requirements,so as to improve the safety management level of the experiment.
