摘要
目的探究培土生金法治疗儿童斑秃的临床疗效,并从Th17/Treg方面探讨其作用机制。方法选择40例儿童斑秃患者为观察组,40例健康儿童为对照组。观察组口服培土生金方,疗程为12周,用皮肤镜观察患者治疗前后皮损处终毛数密度。同时采集2组研究对象的外周血,检测血清中细胞因子IL-17、TGF-β水平。结果观察组患者治疗前后的终毛数密度分别为(33.00±16.50)/cm^(2)和(155.00±28.50)/cm^(2),两者比较(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为87.5%;患者治疗前IL-17水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而TGF-β水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组IL-17水平、TGF-β水平,治疗前后相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论“培土生金”法治疗儿童斑秃疗效确切,其机制可能与纠正体内Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡有关。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Soil Cultivation for Gold Decoction in the treatment of children with alopecia areata,and its mechanism in terms of Th17/Treg.Methods:40 children with alopecia areata were selected as the observation group and 40 healthy children as the control group.The observation group was treated with Cultivation for Gold Decoction orally and 12 weeks was a course of treatment.The dermoscopy was used to observe the final hair density of skin lesions of the patients before and after treatment.At the same time,the peripheral blood of the two groups was collected to detect the levels of cytokines IL-17 and TGF-βin serum.Results:The final hair density of the observation group before and after treatment were(33.00±16.50)/cm^(2) and(155.00±28.50)/cm^(2),respectively(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%.The level of IL-17 before treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the TGF-βlevel of the observation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The levels of IL-17 and TGF-βof the observation group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of Soil Cultivation for Gold Decoction for children with alopecia areata is effective and its mechanism may be related to the correction of immune imbalance of Th17/Treg cells in vivo.
