摘要
清代新安医家程樑的代表著作《引经证医》是一部汇集医理和病案的综合性医书,其学术思想主要体现在五个方面:理论上坚持溯本穷源,引经证医;诊病时强调审证周详,重视脉诊;临证主张责之脾胃,治以健运中州;治法别出心裁,常采用“内疾外治”之法;遣方用药精简轻灵,而效专力宏。
Citing Inner Classic to Demonstrate Medical Theory,the representative work of a Xin’an doctor called CHENG Liang in the Qing Dynasty,is a comprehensive medical book that consists of medical theories and medical cases. Its academic thoughts are mainly reflected in the following five aspects:(1)Theoretically insisting on tracing back to the source,citing Inner Classic to demonstrate the medical theory;(2)Emphasizing pulse examination in diagnosis;(3)Advocating the responsibility of spleen and stomach,invigorating middle energizer in syndrome differentiation;(4) Special treatment such as “treating internal disease with external treatment”;(5)Simple prescriptions and medications with great efficacy.
