摘要 当前高职学生的评价体系存在以学习评价为主、注重结果评价、无法满足企业用工需求和学生个性化发展需求、重筛选轻育人等问题,可以借鉴现代企业人力资源管理中的OKR评价模型构建高职学生职业能力评价体系。要坚持能力培养和育心育人相结合、动态性的过程评价、定性和定量评价相结合等原则,通过设置目标、分解目标关键结果、实现目标过程管理及结果评价与反馈等方式,探索解决高职院校学生职业能力评价现实问题的新路径。 At present,there are some problems in the evaluation system of higher vocational students,such as focusing on learning evaluation,paying attention to the evaluation of results,failing to meet the employment needs of enterprises and the individualized needs of students’development,and emphasizing screening over education.We can use OKR evaluation model in modern enterprise human resource management to construct vocational ability evaluation system of higher vocational students.It is necessary to adhere to the principles of combining ability cultivation with heart cultivation,dynamic process evaluation,qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and explore new ways to solve the practical problems of vocational ability evaluation of students in higher vocational colleges through setting goals,decomposing key results of goals,realizing process management of goals,evaluation and feedback of results.
