摘要
试验采用脉冲红外吸收法和热导检测法测定NiPt合金中的氧和氮含量。对TC-400氧氮分析仪的测定条件,样品的制备、清洗,称样量等进行了实验。试样氧的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)5.08%~9.56%,加标回收率95~107%;氮的含量小于0.001%,加标回收率为96%~105%。方法可满足生产分析的要求。
The oxygen and nitrogen contents in NiPt alloy were determined by pulse infrared absorption method and thermal conductivity detection method.The determination conditions,sample preparation,cleaning and sample weight of TC-400 oxygen and nitrogen analyzer were tested.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)of oxygen were 5.08%-9.56%,and the recoveries were 95-107%.The nitrogen content is less than 0.001%,and the recovery rate is 96%~105%.The method can meet the requirements of production analysis.
