以广州知识城广场为样本的公共建筑群体韧性设计策略初探

摘要 在韧性城市理论的基础上,结合韧性评价体系的研究成果,针对当前城市对公共建筑韧性的需求快速增长和公共建筑的韧性设计缺乏系统性之间存在的矛盾,初步搭建了公共建筑群体的韧性设计框架,并结合知识城广场项目作为样本进行实证性分析,探讨公共建筑群体的系统性韧性设计策略,抛砖引玉,探索公共建筑设计如何突破传统设计思路,做好应对全球性或地域性、来自自然界或人类社会、已知或未知的各类挑战的准备;并习得自我更新的能力,实现建筑设计全生命周期的可持续性。 With frequent natural,climate and biological disasters,cities,as substantialfunctional systems,are facing exponential increases inexternal disturbances duringthe 21st Century.Such disturbances have reached a historic peak sinceexperiencing the long-term struggle against COVID-19 outbreaksin2018.Accordingly,the internal chaos within the systems gradually deepens.After cities evolve over a long period,the spatial and temporal variables have multiplied.The maintenance of systematic balance is increasingly complicated and unpredictable.Breaking and rebuilding a balanced state is dynamic,withrapidly developing characteristics.Global societies shift focusfrom pursuing traditional balance to adapting to a new dynamic balance.Existing studies on resilient cities(communities)focus on the model framework of physics and sociology.There are few studies concerning architectural resilience design from meso and micro perspectives.No systematic consensus on building architectural resilience design has been reached yet.As an essentialcity component,public buildings play a critical role in developing urban resilience.Based on the resilient city theory,a resilience design frameworkforpublic building groups was built preliminarily by combining research results of a resilience evaluation system to solve the contradiction between the current rapid growth of urban demands for resilience and the lack of systematicness in architectural resilience design.Moreover,the framework was practised in Guangzhou Knowledge City Square to discuss public building groups’systematic resilience design strategy.Systematic resilience designcomprises a"pre-planning"phase,a design phase,a"post-evaluation"phase,and an improvement&adjustment phase.From identification of the design team and establishing the disturbance identification framework to setting resilience design goals and reviewing design keys,this study undertakes a dynamic evaluation of resilience design based on the 4R principle.Dynamic updating was realized,based on post-evaluation results and
