摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18反相色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在290nm波长下对20%氟吡酰草胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.151,变异系数为0.752%,平均回收率分别为99.8%。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度、精密度和准确度高,适用于氟吡酰草胺悬浮剂的定量分析。
A method was established for separation and quantitative analysis of 20% flurfenoxalide suspension concentrate(SC)by HPLC,using acetonitrile and aqueous solution as mobile phase, Zorbax SB-C18column and UV at 290nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,the standard deviation of 0.151,the coefficient of variation of 0.752%,and the average recovery of 99.8% was obtained. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate enough for the quantitative analysis of flurfenoxalide SC.
